Sandown Park Racecourse

Surrey Hall is the largest space at 2,740 sqm, accommodating up to 800 guests with set-up hire at £3,500 + VAT and live day hire at £5,000 + VAT per day. Solario Suite holds up to 200 guests with set-up hire at £950 + VAT and live day hire at £1,650 + VAT per day. The Gallery accommodates up to 60 guests with set-up hire at £750 + VAT and live day hire at £1,400 + VAT per day.

The Premier DDR package costs £62 + VAT per person and includes main suite hire, arrival tea/coffee with breakfast roll and fresh fruit, mid-morning tea/coffee with cookies, finger buffet or hot buffet lunch, mid-afternoon tea/coffee with baked bites, jugs of iced water, projector and screen, flipchart and pens, complimentary Wi-Fi, parking, and dedicated event manager. A Classic DDR package is also available at £66 per person (£79.20 including VAT).

There is a minimum catering spend of £8,000 with a policy to cater for a minimum of 75% of guests. Individual catering items include tea and coffee at £3.45 + VAT per person per serving, finger buffet at £35.78 + VAT per person, hot or cold buffet at £40.02 + VAT per person, and grab & go lunch bags at £12.33 + VAT per person.

Evening dinner packages include 3-course meals from £37.50 + VAT per person, arrival drinks at £8.33 + VAT, and evening space hire at £1,500 + VAT. Alcohol packages include a 3-hour inclusive drinks package at £38.75 + VAT per person and a 5-hour package at £63.00 + VAT per person, covering beer, house wine, spirits, and soft drinks with a minimum of 50 people.

External catering is allowed for certain events, as mentioned in conference venue requirements where clients specifically requested external caterers for fully Halal catering. However, the venue also has its own catering operation with minimum spend requirements, so it's best to discuss external catering arrangements during the booking process.

Setup days are available with Surrey Hall setup hire at £3,500 + VAT. For multi-day events, live day hire rates apply for each event day - Surrey Hall at £5,000 + VAT per day (reduced from £11,000 + VAT), Solario Suite at £1,650 + VAT per day, and The Gallery at £1,400 + VAT per day.

Basic AV equipment including projector, screen, flipchart, and pens are included in DDR packages. For more extensive AV requirements like sound desks, lighting, technicians for speaker presentations, and background music, additional costs apply and can be arranged through the venue or clients can use their own third-party AV suppliers.

Complimentary on-site parking is included with most packages. The venue is easily accessible, being 25 minutes by train from London Waterloo to Esher station, 15 miles from Central London, and easily reached from the M25 and A3. Good transport access is available for suppliers arriving in vans for exhibition setups.

Surrey Hall accommodates up to 800 guests and can be configured for exhibitions, conferences, and gala dinners. Solario Suite holds up to 200 guests with built-in bar and private balcony, suitable for 144 in cabaret style. The Gallery seats up to 60 guests with fixed modern furniture that cannot be moved. Breakout spaces can accommodate 100-150 people in theatre style.

The venue can accommodate live entertainment including bands and stages for awards ceremonies. Events can run until midnight or as late as possible for evening functions. There are no specific restrictions mentioned on music or entertainment types, and the venue has experience hosting various events from corporate conferences to charity dinners with live entertainment.
