The President's Dining Room can accommodate up to 60 guests for seated dining in a banquet layout with tables of 8 or 10. The space is specifically designed for formal dining experiences with views of Big Ben and the Palace of Westminster.

Room hire for the President's Dining Room starts at £1,500 plus VAT with a minimum catering spend of £2,000 plus VAT. Access is typically provided from 6pm to 10:30pm for dinner events.

Minimum menu pricing starts from £45 plus VAT per person with pre-orders required. A private dinner package is available at £162 per person including exclusive room hire, 3-course dinner, arrival drink (glass of Champagne), and half bottle of house wine per person.

A discretionary service charge of 12.5% applies to all catering. Drinks packages for unlimited house wine, beer and soft drinks cost £20 for 1 hour, £30 for 2 hours, or £37 for 3 hours per person plus VAT.

The President's Dining Room includes an LCD screen, Wi-Fi, PA system, and video-conference capabilities with speakers and projector. AV assistance is provided upon arrival and available on call throughout your event.

The venue is closed on Saturdays and Sundays. Private dining events typically run from 6pm to 10:30pm on weekdays and Friday evenings, with some flexibility for extended hours if guests stay longer.

The package includes exclusive room hire, cloakroom service, dedicated catering team, manned private bar within the space, security, and staffing. House decorations and table centrepieces are provided for festive events.

Spaces are typically held on option for 5 working days while you decide. To secure the event, a contract and deposit invoice will be sent. Pre-orders are required for all menus, and the venue operates a responsible drinking policy requiring minimum food orders with unlimited drinks packages.
