The Lecture Hall accommodates up to 120 guests in theatre layout or up to 80-100 in cabaret style with tables of 10. The DDR is £89 plus VAT per person and includes room hire, AV equipment (built-in screen, projector, speakers), manned cloakroom, arrival refreshments (JING tea, Searcys coffee, pastries), morning refreshments, finger food buffet lunch, and afternoon refreshments. The minimum is 80 guests for the Lecture Hall package or 20 guests for the Council Chamber package.
