Creative Room 3 is based on the lower ground floor of the hotel, and can be used alone or combined with Creative Room 1-3 to create one large space. Directly opposite the iconic Battersea Power Station, the location is perfect for our next event.

The quirky cool space, with lots of vibrant colour and unique art works lends itself well to meetings, conferences, workshops, training and board meetings.

The breakout space provides unlimited tea and coffee along with wholesome breaks and delicious Italian delights from Grand Tozi Cafe.




Frequently asked questions

Creative Rooms 1-3 can be hired as room-only at £1,000 plus VAT per day (reduced from £2,000 plus VAT), or as a Day Delegate Package at £75 plus VAT per person with a minimum of 45 delegates. The DDR includes meeting room hire between 9am-5pm, three tea/coffee servings with snacks, lunch, water, flipchart, built-in screen, and Wi-Fi.

Creative Rooms 1-3 can accommodate 50 people in boardroom style, 70 people in cabaret style, or 100 people in theatre style. The spaces can be used as one large open area or split into 1, 2, or 3 separate rooms depending on your requirements.

Day room hire operates between 9am-5pm for DDR packages or 1pm-4pm for room-only bookings. Any extensions beyond these times may incur additional charges and are subject to availability.

All Creative Rooms include complimentary use of built-in screens, Wi-Fi suitable for emails and web browsing, and one flipchart with pens and paper (DDR package only). Additional AV equipment like handheld microphones or extra-large screens with sound systems would need to be quoted separately.

Room-only bookings include bottled still and sparkling filtered water. DDR packages include up to three scheduled tea/coffee servings with chef's selection of snacks, plus lunch served in the pre-function space or meeting room, along with water throughout the day.

For private dining events in Creative Rooms, there is a minimum spend of £3,500 plus VAT and 12.5% service charge for food and beverage. For smaller meeting room bookings, one small space accommodating 8 people boardroom style is available at £600 plus VAT per day room-only.

All bookings include complimentary access to the pre-function space, exclusive toilets, built-in cloakroom, and private bar area. The ground floor location provides breakout space and screening capabilities.

Creative Rooms 1-3 have no natural daylight, which may be a consideration for some events. The maximum capacity for cabaret style with screen is 70 attendees, so theatre layout would be required for larger groups up to 100 people.

Micro-tours of the space are possible before confirming bookings. The venue can place events on provisional hold while details are finalized, and they work with clients to accommodate specific setup requirements and timing needs.

The built-in screens are included complimentary, but specific connection cables and adapters (such as HDMI or USB-C) for laptops and devices are not explicitly mentioned as included, so this should be confirmed when booking to ensure compatibility with your presentation equipment.
