What are the pricing options for Creative Rooms 1-3 for business meetings and conferences?

Creative Rooms 1-3 can be hired as room-only at £1,000 plus VAT per day (reduced from £2,000 plus VAT), or as a Day Delegate Package at £75 plus VAT per person with a minimum of 45 delegates. The DDR includes meeting room hire between 9am-5pm, three tea/coffee servings with snacks, lunch, water, flipchart, built-in screen, and Wi-Fi.

What are the capacity limits and seating configurations for the Creative Rooms?

Creative Rooms 1-3 can accommodate 50 people in boardroom style, 70 people in cabaret style, or 100 people in theatre style. The maximum cabaret capacity with screen is 70 attendees. The rooms can be used as one large space or split into 1, 2, or 3 separate rooms depending on your requirements.

What are the standard operating hours and extension charges?

Day room hire operates between 9am-5pm for DDR packages, or 1pm-4pm for room-only bookings. Any extensions beyond these times may incur additional charges and are subject to availability. Early access from 8am can be arranged for setup purposes.

What AV equipment and technical facilities are included?

All Creative Rooms include complimentary use of built-in screens and Wi-Fi suitable for emails and web browsing. Additional AV equipment like extra large screens, sound systems, and handheld microphones can be arranged but would need to be quoted separately.

What catering and refreshment options are available?

Room-only bookings include bottled still and sparkling filtered water. DDR packages include up to three scheduled tea/coffee servings with chef's selection of snacks, plus lunch served in the pre-function space or meeting room. Additional catering from Tozi Grand Cafe can be arranged.

Are there any minimum spend requirements or booking restrictions?

The Day Delegate Package requires a minimum of 45 delegates per day. For smaller groups, room-only hire at £1,000 plus VAT per day is available. Some enquiries under certain budgets may be declined - for example, budgets under £3,000 or requests for very small groups may not be accommodated.

What additional facilities and services are included with the Creative Rooms?

All bookings include complimentary access to the pre-function breakout space, built-in cloakroom, exclusive toilets, and private bar area. One flipchart with pens and paper is included with DDR packages. The rooms are located on the ground floor with lift and stair access.

Can the venue accommodate multi-day events and training courses?

Yes, the venue can accommodate multi-day bookings. However, for extended training courses (like 4-week programs), smaller meeting spaces may be more suitable. One small meeting room accommodating 8 people boardroom style is available at £600 plus VAT per day for longer-term bookings.

What is the booking process and are site visits available?

Are there any restrictions on the type of events or setup requirements?

The Creative Rooms have no natural daylight, which should be considered for day-long events. The spaces are described as 'open, colourful and spacious with a contemporary, fresh feel' and are suitable for meetings, conferences, workshops, training, and private board meetings. DJ equipment and entertainment would need separate arrangements.
