Creative Room 2 is based on the lower ground floor of the hotel and can be accessed via lift or stairs. The space can be used along or combined with Creative Rooms 1-3, with the private breakout space just outside. The quirky cool space, with lots of vibrant colour and unique art work lends itself well to meetings, conferences, workshops and trainings or private board meetings, The breakout space provides the perfect spot to gather for tea and coffee with unlimited servings, with delicious food served from Tozi Grand Cafe.

Creative Rooms 1-3 can accommodate 50 people in boardroom style, 70 people in cabaret style, or 100 people in theatre style. The maximum cabaret capacity with screen is 70 attendees. The rooms can be used as one large space or split into 1, 2, or 3 separate rooms depending on your requirements.
What are the standard operating hours and extension charges?
Day room hire operates between 9am-5pm for DDR packages, or 1pm-4pm for room-only bookings. Any extensions beyond these times may incur additional charges and are subject to availability. Early access from 8am can be arranged for setup purposes.
What AV equipment and technical facilities are included?
All Creative Rooms include complimentary use of built-in screens and Wi-Fi suitable for emails and web browsing. Additional AV equipment like extra large screens, sound systems, and handheld microphones can be arranged but would need to be quoted separately.
