The venue operates on minimum spend packages rather than room hire fees. Creative Rooms 1-3 require a minimum spend of £3,500+VAT plus 12.5% service charge for private dining events. JOIA Bar on the 14th floor has minimum spends ranging from £12,500+VAT to £25,000+VAT depending on exclusivity level. Day delegate packages for meetings are available at £75+VAT per person with a 45-person minimum.

Creative Rooms 1-3 can accommodate 50 boardroom style, 70 cabaret, or 100 theatre style when combined. Individual Creative Rooms hold up to 8 people boardroom style at £600+VAT per day. JOIA Bar rooftop has a maximum capacity of 450 guests. The venue cannot accommodate events requiring more than 450 people total.

Day room hire for Creative Rooms runs 9:00am-5:00pm, with some packages offering 1:00pm-4:00pm slots. Any extensions beyond standard hours incur additional charges and are subject to availability. Evening events can run until late, with JOIA Bar suitable for parties extending past standard hours.

Creative Rooms packages include complimentary use of in-built screens, Wi-Fi suitable for emails and web browsing, bottled still and sparkling filtered water, pre-function space access, and in-built cloakroom. Day delegate packages add three scheduled tea/coffee services with snacks, lunch, and flipchart with pens and paper. All minimum spends are exclusive of VAT and service charges.

The venue accommodates corporate events, private dining, parties, and meetings. DJs and entertainment must be quoted and booked separately through the venue's entertainment team. The venue has declined certain budget-constrained enquiries, suggesting they maintain minimum standards for event types and spending levels.

Additional AV equipment like extra large screens, sound systems, and handheld microphones are available but must be quoted separately.
