Creative Spaces 1-3 can be hired as room-only at £1,000 plus VAT per day (reduced from £2,000 plus VAT). Alternatively, a Day Delegate Package is available at £75 plus VAT per person per day with a minimum of 45 delegates, which includes room hire, three tea/coffee servings with snacks, lunch, water, flipchart, screen use, and Wi-Fi.

Creative Spaces 1-3 can accommodate 50 people in boardroom style, 70 people in cabaret style, or 100 people in theatre style. The spaces can be used as one large open area or split into 1, 2, or 3 separate rooms depending on your requirements.

Day room hire operates between 9:00am and 5:00pm, with some quotes showing 1:00pm to 4:00pm for shorter bookings. Any extensions beyond these times may incur additional charges and are subject to availability.

All Creative Spaces include complimentary use of in-built screens, Wi-Fi suitable for emails and web browsing, bottled still and sparkling filtered water, access to pre-function space, and in-built cloakroom facilities. The spaces have no natural daylight but feature contemporary, colourful decor.

For smaller meeting requirements, one small meeting space accommodating 8 people in boardroom style is available at £600 plus VAT per day room-only. For evening events in Creative Spaces, there's a minimum spend of £3,500 plus VAT and 12.5% service charge for food and beverage.

The Creative Spaces are designed for daytime meetings and conferences with full exclusivity. The venue appears to accommodate various business formats including boardroom meetings, workshops, seminars, and corporate events, with flexible room configurations to suit different needs.

The Day Delegate Package includes up to three scheduled tea and coffee servings with chef's selection of snacks, plus lunch served in the pre-function space or meeting room. For evening events, food is available through Tozi restaurant with sharing concept menus, requiring minimum spend commitments.

All prices quoted are plus VAT at 20%. For food and beverage services, there's an additional 12.5% service charge. Room hire extensions beyond standard hours may incur additional charges, and any special equipment or services beyond the standard inclusions would be quoted separately.
