Private hire minimum spends vary by space, day, and time. The Palm Lounge costs £9,500 inclusive of VAT and service charge for evening events (18:00-00:00), while the Gin Terrace costs £7,500 inclusive for similar timings. The full Meteorite floor hire starts at £18,315 for daytime events (12:00-17:00) and £32,100 for evening events (17:00-23:00). All prices include a mandatory 10-12.5% service charge.

The Palm Lounge and Gin Terrace each accommodate up to 50 guests for private hire. The full Meteorite floor can host up to 900 guests across multiple areas including the Boathouse, Fairground Bar, and Terrace. For smaller groups, standard packages accommodate various group sizes with reserved areas.

Three main packages are offered: Jet Set (£66 per person) includes 3 house drinks, street food, carnival games, and 90-minute reserved area; All Set (£78 per person) adds unlimited drinks for 90 minutes; Ultimate Set (£98 per person) provides 3 hours unlimited drinks and reserved area. All packages include one round of 9-hole crazy golf, carnival games, and street food worth £17.50 per person, plus mandatory 10% service charge.

Swingers cannot hold dates without payment due to high demand - you must make an initial payment to secure your booking. The venue receives a high volume of enquiries, so they advise moving quickly once you decide on a date. Specific deposit amounts and payment terms are provided after accepting a proposal.

Swingers is typically an 18+ venue, but offers family packages for younger demographics. On Sundays only, under-18s are allowed during specific sessions: 11am-12:30pm, 12:30pm-2pm, 2pm-3:30pm, and 3:30pm-5pm. All under-18s must vacate before 6pm on Sundays. A curated kids menu includes juices, sodas, slushies, and dishes from street food vendors.

Private hire includes a DJ playing from 18:00, event planner support, and access to Swingers Carnival with 30 retro arcade games. The Gin Terrace has speakers available. For presentations, in-house AV including screens and microphones can be arranged. All private spaces include complimentary cloakroom facilities.

Street food is provided by three of London's best vendors including Pizza Pilgrims, Patty&Bun, Breddos Tacos, and Crosstown. Minimum spends are split between golf, drinks, and food components. Private bars are included with hire, and both alcoholic and non-alcoholic options are available. Specific dietary requirements including halal and vegetarian options can be accommodated.

Swingers may decline bookings that don't align with their capabilities or budget requirements. They've indicated some enquiries are "not suitable" based on specific requirements or budget constraints. For events requiring special operational considerations, they consult with their operational team before confirming feasibility and sending proposals.

The venue gets very busy during peak periods, particularly for Christmas parties in December. Some dates may not be available at West End but alternatives at Swingers City might be offered. Evening events typically run until midnight or 23:00, while daytime events can start from 12:00. Specific time slots depend on the space and day of the week.

Christmas packages include The Sleigh Set (£87 per person) with Christmas cocktail on arrival, 3 deluxe drinks, street food worth £16, dessert, carnival games, 90-minute reserved area, and Christmas golf visor. The Party Set (£117 per person) upgrades to 3 hours unlimited deluxe drinks and 3-hour reserved area. Both include mandatory 10% service charge and one round of crazy golf.
