Private hire minimum spends vary by space, day, and time. The Palm Lounge costs £9,500 inclusive of VAT and service charge for evening events (18:00-00:00), while the Gin Terrace costs £7,500 inclusive for similar timings. Full venue private hire from 7pm to close costs £4,000 minimum spend plus service charge.

A discretionary service charge is added to all bookings - either 10% or 12.5% depending on the package. This covers staff service throughout your event and is applied to the total spend before VAT.

No, Swingers cannot put any specific date on hold until you have made an initial payment. Due to high volume of enquiries, dates are only secured once payment is received and a contract is signed.

The Palm Lounge accommodates up to 50 guests, the Gin Terrace holds up to 50 guests, and the full Meteorite floor can accommodate up to 900 guests. The venue can handle events across two floors for larger groups of 200+ people.

Private hire includes one round of 9-hole crazy golf per person with scheduled tee-off times, Carnival arcade games (5-9 games per person depending on package), and a DJ playing from 18:00. The venue also has a 3D photo podium and all-weather terrace access.

Swingers is usually an 18+ venue, but children are allowed on Sundays only during specific family sessions: 11am-12:30pm, 12:30pm-2pm, 2pm-3:30pm, and 3:30pm-5pm. All under 18s must vacate the venue before 6pm on Sundays.

Private events typically run from 17:30/18:00 to midnight or close. Daytime events can start from 12:00. The venue offers flexibility on timing but evening slots from 7pm onwards require higher minimum spends than afternoon events.
