Private hire minimum spends vary by space, day, and time. The Palm Lounge costs £9,500 inclusive of VAT and service charge for evening events (18:00-00:00), while the Gin Terrace costs £7,500 inclusive for similar timings. The Meteorite floor (full venue hire) costs £18,315 for daytime events (12:00-17:00) and £32,100 for evening events (17:00-23:00). All prices include a 10-12.5% discretionary service charge.

The Palm Lounge accommodates up to 50 guests, the Gin Terrace holds up to 50 guests, and the Meteorite floor can accommodate up to 900 guests for large events. For smaller groups, package deals are available for 15-50 people in shared spaces with reserved areas.

Private hire includes exclusive use of your chosen space, one round of crazy golf per person, scheduled tee times, carnival games (5-9 games per person depending on package), delicious street food, complimentary cloakroom, DJ from 18:00, and a dedicated event planner. The Meteorite floor also includes unlimited golf course access and multiple bars.

Swingers cannot put specific dates on hold until an initial payment is made due to high enquiry volume. Once you confirm your package, they'll send a contract with payment details to secure your booking. Site visits can be arranged to view spaces and meet the team before confirming.

Three main packages are available: Jet Set (£66 per person) includes 3 house drinks, street food, carnival games, and 90-minute reserved area; All Set (£78 per person) adds 90 minutes unlimited drinks; Ultimate Set (£98 per person) extends to 3 hours unlimited drinks and 3-hour reserved area. All packages include 10% service charge and one round of crazy golf.

Swingers is usually an 18+ venue, but family packages are available for younger demographics. Under 18s are only allowed on Sundays during specific sessions (11am-12:30pm, 12:30pm-2pm, 2pm-3:30pm, 3:30pm-5pm) and must vacate before 6pm. Conference packages are available with AV facilities including screens and microphones.

Events include street food from three of London's best vendors (Pizza Pilgrims, Patty&Bun, Breddos Tacos, Crosstown) with options for vegetarian, halal, and special dietary requirements. Drinks packages range from selected house drinks to unlimited premium options, with both alcoholic and non-alcoholic choices available.

All events include access to Swingers Carnival featuring 30 retro arcade games (5-9 games per person depending on package), scheduled crazy golf tee times, and DJ entertainment from 18:00. The venue also features a 3D photo podium and views over the golf courses from private spaces.

Private events typically run from 17:30/18:00 to midnight or 23:00 for evening events, and 12:00-17:00 for daytime events. Package events in shared spaces are usually 90 minutes to 3 hours depending on the selected option. The venue can accommodate both daytime corporate events and evening parties.

All quoted prices are inclusive of VAT and service charge (10-12.5% discretionary). Private hire operates on minimum spend rather than room hire fees, covering golf, food, and drinks. Some spaces like the Palm Lounge may include additional room hire fees (£300). Budget requirements vary significantly - private hire starts around £4,000 for smaller evening events.
