How much does mini golf cost per person and what's included?
Mini golf costs £13 per person for the game itself. However, most corporate bookings use packages that include golf - the Gold package at £50 per person includes unlimited use of 4 mini golf courses, 4 house drinks, and 9 food items. The Christmas Platinum package at £67 per person includes 1 game of mini golf, unlimited house drinks for 2 hours, and 9 food items.
What are the venue's operating hours and latest event finish times?
The venue opens at 12:00 noon and events can run until midnight (00:00). Most corporate events are quoted for 18:00-23:00 or 18:00-00:00 time slots. Events cannot start before 12:00 as this is when the venue opens.
What deposit and payment terms are required to secure a booking?
A 25% deposit based on the minimum spend is required to confirm the booking. The remaining balance must be paid at least 1 month before the event date. For example, if your minimum spend is £10,000, you'll need to pay £2,500 as a deposit.
How long does it take for groups to complete mini golf and how is it organized?
Mini golf takes approximately 30 minutes per team of up to 6 people, with teams teeing off a few minutes apart. For 70 guests, expect about 1 hour 15 minutes total. For 150 guests, approximately 2.5 hours. All teams play on the same course sequentially in groups of maximum 6 people.
Are there mandatory service charges and what percentage do they add?
Yes, a 12.5% optional service charge is added to all bills. This applies to the total food and beverage spend, not just the base minimum spend amount.
