Lincoln's Inn is closed for the entire month of August and during Easter from 17th April at 15:00, reopening on 28th April. These closure periods affect all event bookings and cannot be accommodated during these times.

The Old Hall accommodates up to 120 guests for sit-down dinners or 200 for standing receptions. For conferences, the Ashworth Centre lecture theatre holds up to 130-158 guests, while the Great Hall can accommodate larger events. Meeting spaces require a minimum of 30 guests to book.

Conference events must end by 16:00 with all guests departed by 16:30 or 17:30 depending on the space. Evening events in spaces like the Old Hall typically run until 22:30 with de-rig completed by 23:00, though some events can be extended with bar closing at 00:00 and guests departing by 00:30.

Room hire varies significantly by space and timing. Examples include: Old Hall & Crypt for evening events at £2,750, Great Hall & Bench Rooms at £8,520 for evening hire, and Great Hall with lawn at £7,350 for daytime events (11:00-16:00). Most bookings also require minimum food & beverage spends ranging from £7,310 to £18,600 depending on the event.

Lincoln's Inn operates in-house catering only - no outside food is permitted. They offer day delegate rates starting from £91-£127.20 per person (minimum numbers apply), Christmas packages at £176 per person, and various dinner and reception packages. All catering must be arranged through their award-winning in-house team.

Availability varies significantly by day of the week. For November bookings, they typically have Wednesdays and Fridays available but no Thursdays. The venue appears to have limited availability on certain days, and some weeks may be completely unavailable.

Security services are mandatory for certain events at £480 (£400 + VAT). There may be additional small fees depending on your caterer's requirements for dry hire events. All prices are subject to VAT at 20%.
