Weekend bookings require a minimum spend of £15,000 to open the venue, as 116 Pall Mall only operates during weekdays under normal circumstances. This minimum applies to the total event cost including venue hire, catering, and any additional services.

Standard venue hours are 8:00am to 5:00pm on weekdays. Early access before 8:00am or late access after 5:00pm incurs additional charges of £1,250 + VAT per hour. Events can be extended until 1:00am with these hourly charges applying.

A 50% deposit is required within 14 days of signing the contract to secure your booking. Payment can be made by BACS transfer, over the phone, or via payment link (AMEX not accepted on payment link). AMEX payments via PDQ machine incur an additional 5% charge on the invoice value.

Contracts must be signed promptly to secure dates, as spaces remain available to other clients until contracted. The venue typically requires contract signature within 48 hours for provisional holds, and dates can be released to other clients if contracts are not returned within agreed timeframes.

The Business space (Waterloo Room) accommodates up to 120 guests in theatre style, 160 for drinks receptions, and 140 for standing events. It's often used in conjunction with the Nash Room for larger events requiring multiple spaces.

External catering is strictly forbidden at the venue. All catering must be provided by Searcys, the venue's award-winning in-house catering team. They specialize in seasonal ingredients and sustainable practices, offering set menu options with dietary requirements catered for separately.

The Business space includes built-in plasma screens, HDMI connectivity, and flipchart facilities. Additional AV requirements such as microphones, projectors, and technical support can be arranged through the venue's AV partners, with costs varying based on specific equipment needs.

116 Pall Mall is fully accessible with accessible toilets, lift access, and ramp access throughout the venue. The venue is located 5 minutes' walk from Piccadilly Circus and 4 minutes from Charing Cross stations for convenient transport links.

The venue operates a provisional hold system where dates can be held temporarily while clients make decisions. If another client expresses interest in the same date, the venue will deadline the original client within 48 hours to make a final decision or release the date.
