Ashworth Centre at Honourable Society of Lincoln's Inn

The lecture theatre accommodates up to 158 delegates with retractable seating, while individual meeting rooms hold up to 16 boardroom style or 25 theatre style. Meeting spaces require a minimum of 30 guests to book.

The Ashworth Centre is available from 08:00 to 17:00, with all guests required to vacate by 17:30. Conference events can accommodate access from 08:00 for organisers with events running until 17:00.

Day delegate rates start at £91.00 + VAT per person with a minimum of 140 guests, or £104.00 + VAT per person for enhanced packages. The Conference Suite DDR (for 90-158 delegates) is £127.20 + VAT per person and includes room hire, AV technician, arrival refreshments, mid-morning break, two-course lunch, and afternoon refreshments.

The lecture theatre features integrated audio-visual equipment with projection, screen, and sound facilities. An AV technician is included with day delegate rate packages, and meeting rooms can accommodate basic presentation needs with screens for laptop connections.

Yes, the ten meeting rooms are split across two floors and partition walls can be withdrawn to create flexible multi-room formats for breakout spaces or refreshments. Rooms can be booked individually or combined as needed.

Only in-house catering is permitted - outside food cannot be brought into the venue. Day delegate packages include arrival refreshments, breaks, and lunch, with dedicated refreshment spaces suitable for delegate numbers.

Lincoln's Inn is closed for the entire month of August and during Easter period from 17th April at 15:00, reopening on 28th April. The venue is also fully booked during certain weeks, such as the week of 25th November 2025.
