As the room's name suggests, the Old Court Room was used for legal purposes before being turned into a meeting space that retains the history of its past. With floor-to-ceiling shelves filled with books and captivating wall details, the space is an intriguing nod to its previous use, and will be a fascinating space for all attendees. The room is fully furnished to fit up to 50 people for meeting purposes.

The Business space (Old Court Room) accommodates up to 50 people for meetings and is fully furnished for business purposes. Meeting spaces require a minimum of 30 guests to book.

Business events can run from 08:00 to 17:00, with all guests required to vacate by 17:30. Conference events must end by 16:00 with guests departed by 16:30.

Day delegate rates start at £91.00 + VAT per person with a minimum of 140 guests, or £104.00 + VAT per person for enhanced packages. The Conference Suite Day Delegate Rate Package costs £127.20 + VAT per person for 90-158 delegates and includes room hire from 09:00-17:00, AV equipment with technician, arrival refreshments, mid-morning break, two-course lunch, and afternoon refreshments.

Lincoln's Inn is closed for the entire month of August and during Easter from 17 April at 15:00, reopening on 28 April. The venue is also fully booked certain weeks, such as the week of 25 November 2025.

Outside food is strictly prohibited - only in-house catering is allowed. All food and beverage must be provided by Lincoln's Inn's catering team.

The Conference Suite includes projection, screen and sound facilities in the lecture theatre with an AV technician included. Additional AV equipment and technical support can be arranged for other meeting spaces.

External caterers are not permitted, but if you have specific catering requirements, there may be additional small fees depending on your needs. All catering must go through Lincoln's Inn's in-house team.
