The Carlton Room accommodates 120 guests for banquet seating with reception space, or 180 guests for banquet seating only, or 300 guests for standing reception. The adjoining terrace holds up to 100 guests for standing reception.

Payments can be made by BACS transfer, phone payment, or payment link (AMEX not accepted on payment link). AMEX payments are accepted via PDQ machine over the phone but incur an additional 5% charge of the invoice value per payment.

Contracts typically must be signed within days of the proposal (one example required signing by Friday with proposal sent earlier that week). Provisional holds can be placed on dates, but other clients may be given 48-hour deadlines to make decisions if competing interest exists.

External catering is strictly forbidden - all food must be provided by Searcys. A choice of one dish from each course is required for the whole party (set menu). Dietary requirements are catered for separately, and clients must provide table plans and name places for smooth operations.

AV services are available as add-ons with quotes provided separately. Equipment includes screens, projectors, microphones (lapel and handheld), and technical support. Specific AV requirements must be discussed and quoted individually based on the event needs.
