The stunning venue was built in 1888 and was originally the Queen Mary library, designed by Victorian architect ER Robson and inspired by the Reading Room at the British Museum.
The domed ceiling reaches an impressive three storeys high and busts of famous literati compliment the dome including Shakespeare, Wordsworth and Chaucer to name a few.
