Venue 1 is our most versatile room. It can be transformed to accommodate a variety of events and will easily seat 300 people theatre-style for lectures, presentations, conferences, product launches or exhibitions. There is assisted access to the venue.




Frequently asked questions

The Day Delegate Package costs £64.00 per person (£71.50 including VAT) with a minimum of 80 delegates. It includes dedicated pre-event and on-site coordinator, room hire for the main meeting room, full day beverage service (three servings of coffee, tea, water and biscuits), working lunch with sandwiches, 3 hot items, fruit and sweet treat, afternoon snack selection, LCD/projector, screen, flipchart & pens, free Wi-Fi access, and delegate stationery.

Venue 1 can accommodate a maximum of 150 people in cabaret layout or 328 people in theatre setup. The venue has its own entrance, reception/registration area and green room that can be used for staff preparation space or prayer room.

PA system with 1 microphone costs £180 including VAT. Additional microphones are £72 including VAT each. If you need more than 3 microphones, a dedicated sound engineer is mandatory starting at £540 including VAT, as Venue 1 requires professional sound management for multiple microphones.

Venue 2 is available as an adjacent catering space free of charge when booking Venue 1, but it's only available until 4pm as there may be another event starting at 4pm. For dedicated breakout room hire, rates start at £750 per day.

ISH Venues accepts PayPal payments and sends PayPal links for invoices. Based on correspondence, invoices are typically sent after confirmation and payment is expected to be processed promptly, with follow-up if payment is delayed.

You can increase numbers even at the last minute (as seen with a client adding 4 people to bring total to 40). Specific break timings for catering service need to be provided in advance, and the venue is flexible with timing adjustments during the planning process.

The Boardroom costs £500 VAT exempt and includes a screen. The Gulbenkian Room costs £1200 VAT exempt for extended hire periods (12:30-6pm example). These rates are for room hire only and don't include catering or additional services.

The venue offers provisional holds for 10 working days while you receive updates. If your preferred date isn't available, they will suggest alternative dates. Some dates may be fully booked across all suitable rooms, so flexibility with dates is recommended.

Individual catering items include working lunch at £19.80 per person including VAT, tea and coffee servings at £8.40 per person including VAT, and post-event Prosecco and canapés package at £52.00 per person including VAT (includes PA system for background music, 6 canapés per person, 2 glasses of Prosecco, orange juice, and water).

Hybrid event capabilities are available with costs ranging from £550 to £2,500 plus VAT depending on requirements. The venue can accommodate events with online participants (mentioned capability for 500 people joining online), but specific technical requirements need to be discussed for accurate pricing.
