The room has fabulous floor to ceiling windows allowing lots of natural light in. Situated on the first floor, it is one of our larger rooms and it can accommodate up to 100 people for a reception.

It is a perfect space for your corporate or private party. We create bespoke packages to best suit your requirements.




Frequently asked questions

The Day Delegate Package costs £64.00 per person (£71.50 including VAT) with a minimum of 80 people. It includes dedicated pre-event and on-site coordinator, room hire, full day beverage service (three servings of coffee, tea, water and biscuits), working lunch with sandwiches, 3 hot items, fruit and sweet treat, afternoon snack selection, LCD/projector, screen, flipchart & pens, free Wi-Fi, and delegate stationery.

Venue 1 accommodates maximum 150 people in cabaret layout or 328 people in theatre setup. The Events space can hold up to 100 people for receptions. Venue 2 is available as additional catering space free of charge, and the Gulbenkian Room holds maximum 48 in cabaret setup.

PA system with 1 microphone costs £180 including VAT (some quotes show £174). Additional microphones are £72 including VAT each. If you need more than 3 microphones, a dedicated sound engineer is mandatory starting at £540 including VAT.

Venue 2 is provided free of charge as catering space but is only available until 4pm due to other bookings. The Nash and Portland rooms can be hired for £500 VAT exempt for additional catering space. The Boardroom costs £350 including VAT and holds maximum 30 people standing.

Bookings can be held provisionally for 10 working days while you confirm. Payment is processed via PayPal link sent to your specified email address. Function sheets are provided for approval before finalizing arrangements, and last-minute guest number increases can be accommodated with advance notice.

The Gulbenkian Room costs £1,200 VAT exempt for events like 12:30-6pm. The Boardroom is £500 VAT exempt and includes screen. Individual room rates vary by space and duration, with some rooms being VAT exempt and others including VAT.

Working lunch costs £19.80 including VAT per person. Tea and coffee servings are £8.40 including VAT per serving. Post-event Prosecco and canapés package costs £52.00 including VAT per person and includes PA system for background music, 6 canapés per person, 2 glasses of Prosecco, plus orange juice and water.

The venue accommodates external food requirements and allows guests to bring items like Cambodian snacks for meetings. Last-minute guest number increases are possible - one event successfully added 4 additional guests very close to the event date, bringing total from 36 to 40 attendees.

Some rooms have timing restrictions - Venue 2 is only available until 4pm due to subsequent bookings. Events can run various schedules, with break timings customizable (example: 9:00-9:30 arrival drinks, 10:45-11:15 morning break, 12:30-14:00 lunch, 15:25-16:10 afternoon break).

If your requested date is unavailable, the venue will suggest alternative dates. They actively manage availability and will inform you immediately if dates cannot be accommodated, asking if you're flexible with timing to find suitable alternatives.
