The Marylebone is a vibrant and brightly-lit room situated on the first floor of the building. It is perfect for small team meetings, training sessions, or as a break-out room for larger conferences or events.

The room is 7.2m x 3.7m and can hold between 12 to 30 people at any given time. The room is furnished with a touch screen and equipment that can be set up for hybrid meetings. There is assisted access to the room.

The Day Delegate Package costs £64.00 per person (£71.50 including VAT) and includes dedicated pre-event and on-site coordinator, room hire, full day beverage service (three servings of coffee, tea, water and biscuits), working lunch with sandwiches, 3 hot items, fruit and sweet treat, afternoon snack selection, LCD/projector, screen, flipchart & pens, free Wi-Fi access, and delegate stationery. The minimum number for this package is 80 delegates.

Venue 1 can accommodate a maximum of 150 people in cabaret layout or 328 people in theatre setup. The venue has its own entrance, reception/registration area and green room that can be used for staff preparation space or prayer room.

Individual room hire rates vary by space: the Gulbenkian Room costs £1,200 (VAT exempt), the Boardroom is £500 (VAT exempt) and includes a screen, and Nash and Portland rooms are available for £500 (VAT exempt). These rates are for room hire only and do not include catering or additional services.

A basic PA system with 1 handheld microphone costs £180 including VAT. Additional microphones are £72 including VAT each. If you need more than 3 microphones, a dedicated sound engineer is required at £540 including VAT, as Venue 1 requires professional sound management for multiple microphones.

Yes, Venue 2 can be used as a catering space or breakout room free of charge when booking Venue 1. However, Venue 2 is only available until 4pm as there may be another event starting at 4pm. The space is adjacent to Venue 1 for convenient access.

For smaller groups, working lunch is available at £19.80 per person including VAT. Tea and coffee service with biscuits costs £8.40 per serving including VAT. Post-event Prosecco and canapés package is £52.00 per person including VAT and includes PA system for background music, 6 canapés per person, 2 glasses of Prosecco per person, plus orange juice and water.

Provisional bookings can be held for 10 working days while you confirm your requirements. Payment is processed via PayPal link sent to your designated email address. The venue will follow up on outstanding invoices and confirm payment processing.

ISH Venues is located at 229 Great Portland Street, opposite Great Portland Street station. It's within walking distance of Euston, Kings Cross, Baker Street, Regents Park and Warren Street stations. The venue is accessible by car without entering the congestion zone and features an onsite café & bar called The Thirsty Scholar.

Yes, the venue accommodates last-minute changes to guest numbers. They can increase numbers even with very short notice and will provide updated function sheets and invoices accordingly. You can also specify different service locations, such as having beverages in the main room and lunch in a separate clubroom.

The venue is flexible with break timings and will work with your specific schedule. You can provide detailed timing requirements for arrival refreshments, morning breaks, lunch service, and afternoon breaks, and they will accommodate your preferred schedule throughout the event day.
