Alt/Tab accommodates up to 150 guests in theatre style or up to 96 people in cabaret layout. The room features floor-to-ceiling windows and can be divided into two individual spaces using an operable wall if you need separate breakout areas. Each divided section maintains the same flexible layout options with dedicated AV equipment.

Basic AV equipment is included in the daily hire rate, featuring two projectors and plenty of power sockets throughout the space. For more complex requirements like additional microphones, staging, or specialized audio packages, additional costs apply starting from £750 per day for breakout room audio packages.

Standard room hire is available from 9am to 6pm. Early access from 7am-8am is available for £1,000 + VAT per hour. Events typically run 9am-5pm based on most bookings, though the venue can accommodate different timing requirements within the operating window.

CodeNode does not provide in-house catering but works with preferred suppliers like Easy Gourmet (info@easygourmetcatering.co.uk). All-day catering packages start from £32 per person + VAT, with options including breakfast, lunch, and refreshment breaks. You can also bring in your own external caterers if preferred.

Based on venue responses, CodeNode is not suitable for events with budgets under £1,000 for 40 people. Most successful bookings range from £5,000-£30,000+ depending on room hire, catering, and AV requirements. The venue targets mid to high-end corporate events rather than small meetings or budget-conscious bookings.

You can book just the Alt/Tab room for £5,000 + VAT per day, or opt for exclusive venue hire at £20,000 + VAT which includes all six event spaces, reception area, networking areas, and additional amenities like ping pong tables and the SpaceBar. Exclusive hire offers better value for larger events requiring multiple spaces.

Beyond the £5,000 + VAT room hire, budget for catering (£32+ per person), enhanced AV packages (£750+ for audio, £4,000+ for full production), early access (£1,000 per hour), and any drinks packages (£20-30 per person). A typical full-day event for 100 people costs £15,000-25,000 total including all services.
