Shift at CodeNode

CodeNode requires a minimum budget of approximately £1,000 for events. Events with budgets below this threshold are typically declined as the venue is not considered a good match for smaller-scale bookings.

The Alt/Tab Room costs £5,000 + VAT per day (9am-6pm) and accommodates up to 96 people in cabaret layout. Full venue exclusive hire is available at £20,000 + VAT, which includes all six event spaces, reception area, and networking areas from 8am-5pm.

Basic AV equipment is included with the Alt/Tab Room hire. The main Ctrl Room includes comprehensive AV: 3m x 5m projection screens, stage with lighting, PA system with 8 microphones, loudspeakers, uplighters, comfort monitors, and repeater screens with in-room technicians.

Standard venue hours are 9am-6pm. Early access from 7am-8am costs £1,000 + VAT, and evening access from 5pm-6pm is typically waived when booking drinks packages. Events requiring access outside these hours incur additional charges.

CodeNode does not provide in-house catering but works with preferred suppliers like Easy Gourmet. Day delegate rates start from £32 + VAT per person for basic packages, with premium options at £40-60 + VAT per person including breakfast, lunch, and refreshments.

The Alt/Tab Room holds up to 96 people in cabaret layout or 150 in theatre style. The main Ctrl Room accommodates larger groups, and the ESCape breakout area provides additional networking space. Full venue hire supports events up to 400-500 people across all spaces.

Audio packages for breakout rooms cost £750 + VAT per room per day. Main room audio production packages start at £3,000-4,000 + VAT per day. Additional microphones cost £80 + VAT each, and production laptops are £300 + VAT per day.

CodeNode focuses on technology and corporate events, with particular suitability for conferences, seminars, and professional development workshops. The venue appears to decline events that don't align with their target market or fall below their minimum spend thresholds.

One-hour drinks packages cost £20 + VAT per person, while two-hour packages are £30 + VAT per person including unlimited beer, wine, and soft drinks. Canapé packages start at £29.50 + VAT per person (4 pieces) with a 100-person minimum.

Based on enquiry patterns, CodeNode handles bookings for events 6-18 months in advance. The venue requires initial discussions about event requirements before providing detailed quotes, and site visits can be arranged for serious enquiries.
