Screen 5 (Renoir) with 150 seats costs £2,313 + VAT per slot Monday-Sunday. Screen 3 (Phoenix) with 28 seats costs £682 + VAT per slot. Evening slots are either 5:30pm-8:30pm (early) or 8:30pm-11:30pm (late), with 6pm-9pm also available depending on programming.

Standard format is DCP, which must be delivered 72 hours prior to the technical rehearsal. If you have content in other formats, conversion costs £500 + VAT for any content exceeding 20 minutes in length. Content for conversion must be provided in ProRes or MP4 format.

Yes, Curzon can source films including new releases and classic titles, with the cost included in the screen hire price. However, some films may be unavailable for private screening or come at higher cost, so availability must be checked with distributors once a venue and date are confirmed.

The hire includes use of screen and projector, up to 3 handheld microphones, technical support, and a 30-minute technical rehearsal prior to the event day at 10:30am. Additional fees apply for late delivery of content or missed technical rehearsals.

There is no minimum spend requirement and no service charge on food and drinks. Self-service drinks (house wine, prosecco, beers, soft drinks) are recommended at £6 per person per drink. Cocktails, G&Ts and hard seltzers require pre-orders. All food and drink orders must be placed 2 weeks ahead of the event.

The bar costs £300 + VAT per hour for exclusive use for up to 150 people standing. If the bar is not hired exclusively, it remains open to the public. The bar hire is separate from and additional to the screen hire cost.

Content must be delivered 72 hours before the technical rehearsal. Food and drink orders require 2 weeks notice with final numbers provided 13 days prior to the event. Full payment is invoiced after contract signing and must be paid ahead of the event.

Bookings are currently available from 1st August 2025 onwards across all sites. The smaller 28-30 seat screens at Bloomsbury are not currently set up for private hires, so only the larger screens are available for booking.

After initial enquiry, you provide contract details and the contract is sent via DocuSign. Once countersigned, full payment is invoiced. A coordination questionnaire must be returned by a specified deadline for staffing and catering arrangements, with most information required at least 2 weeks before the event.

Evening slots are based on fitting around two regular cinema shows. You can book either the early slot (5:30pm-8:30pm) or late slot (8:30pm-11:30pm) for the quoted price. If you want both evening slots, the price doubles. Some venues also offer 6pm-9pm slots depending on programming.
