Frequently asked questions

Screen 1 (249 seats) costs £3,839 + VAT per slot Monday-Sunday, while Screen 3 (81 seats) costs £1,249 + VAT per slot Monday-Sunday. Weekend slots are 3-hour blocks (12-3pm, 3-6pm, 6-9pm, or 8:30-11:30pm), and if you need multiple slots the price doubles accordingly.

The hire cost includes use of the screen and projector, up to 3 handheld microphones, technical support, and a mandatory technical rehearsal of 30 minutes to 1 hour prior to your event day at 10:30am. You must bring the laptop you'll use on event day to this rehearsal, and it requires at least two weeks advance booking.

Content must be delivered in DCP format 72 hours prior to the technical rehearsal. If you have another format, conversion costs £500 + VAT. Additional fees apply for late delivery or missed technical rehearsals, though specific amounts aren't specified.

Exclusive bar hire costs £300 + VAT per hour for up to 250 people standing. If you only need a section of the bar for up to 100 people standing, this costs £150 + VAT per hour.

The venue works on a maximum tab limit system with self-service house wine, prosecco, beers and soft drinks at £6 per person per drink. Cocktails, G&Ts and hard seltzers require pre-ordering. In-house options include tea/coffee receptions, breakfast items, pizzas and light bites, with external caterers available for other requirements.

All food and beverage orders must be placed 2 weeks ahead of your event to ensure proper staffing and stock. The venue cannot guarantee any orders made after this deadline.

Weekend slots are 3-hour blocks based on fitting four shows: 12-3pm, 3-6pm, 6-9pm, or 8:30-11:30pm. Evening slots are 5:30-8:30pm or 8:30-11:30pm. Weekday pricing differs, with 5 hours pre-6pm costing £3,000 + VAT for Screen 1, and full day rates (9am-5pm) at £4,800 + VAT.

Laptop presentations should be in 16:9 ratio, full frame to properly fill the screens. Avoid borders or text/images on extreme edges as the presentation will appear exactly as it does on your laptop screen. HDMI output is standard, and you'll need to supply your own presentation clicker if required.

A branding package is offered alongside all events, including use of the canopy or readograph, takeover of all quad posters and digital screens. Specific pricing for branding services isn't detailed in the available information.

The venue gets very booked up, particularly for technical rehearsals which need confirming at least two weeks ahead. Some periods show no availability for the rest of the year, so early booking is essential for securing your preferred dates.
