Screen 1 (119 seats) costs £1,284 + VAT per slot Monday-Tuesday, £1,835 + VAT per slot Wednesday-Sunday. Weekend slots are fixed time periods: 12pm-3pm, 3pm-6pm, 6pm-9pm, or 8:30pm-11:30pm. If you need two consecutive slots, the price doubles. Full day hire (7am-5pm) costs £4,250 + VAT.

The hire includes screen, 2K projector, 7.1 sound system, up to 3 handheld microphones, and technical support. Content must be delivered in DCP format 72 hours before your technical rehearsal. If you have other formats, conversion costs £500 + VAT, with additional fees for late delivery or missed rehearsals.

A technical rehearsal is mandatory and included in your hire cost, lasting 30 minutes to 1 hour depending on your event type. This takes place at 10:30am-11:30am prior to your event day. Missing this rehearsal incurs additional fees.

The ground floor bar costs £300 + VAT per hour for exclusive use, accommodating up to 125 people standing. This is just the space hire - no food or drinks are included. There are no minimum spend requirements and no service charges added.

Standard drinks service includes self-service house wine, prosecco, beers and soft drinks at £6 per person per drink. Specialty drinks like cocktails and G&Ts require pre-ordering. In-house catering covers tea/coffee, breakfast items, pizzas and light bites. All orders must be placed 2 weeks before your event - orders after this cannot be guaranteed.

Yes, laptops can be connected to the screen for presentations. Both PC and Apple laptops work if they have HDMI adaptors. The venue recommends consolidating all content onto one laptop to avoid transitions between multiple devices during your event.

The venue has exactly 4 wireless microphones total across the entire site. For Screen 1 events, you can have a maximum of 2 microphones - they cannot easily move additional mics between screens during your event, so 3+ microphones in one screen is not possible.

Screen 1 has 119 reclining seats with side tables in theatre-style layout only. The venue cannot accommodate cabaret-style seating arrangements. The bar area can hold up to 125 people standing for receptions.

The venue takes bookings for dates from 18th July onwards (booking window varies). Initial holds can be placed on dates, but bookings are not confirmed until you have a countersigned contract returned. Programming team approval is required for all date requests.

The venue is suitable for corporate events, presentations, conferences, product launches, AGMs, meetings, and screening events. They offer full venue takeover for larger events.
