Frequently asked questions

Screen 1 accommodates 249 seats at £3,839 + VAT per slot (Mon-Sun), while Screen 3 holds 81 seats at £1,249 + VAT per slot (Mon-Sun). Weekend slots are 3-hour blocks (12-3pm, 3-6pm, 6-9pm, or 8:30-11:30pm), and if you need multiple slots the price doubles accordingly.

The hire cost includes use of the screen and projector, up to 3 handheld microphones, technical support, and a technical rehearsal of 30 minutes to 1 hour prior to your event day at 10:30am. A presentation clicker, lectern, and directors chairs for panel discussions can also be provided upon request.

Content must be delivered in DCP format 72 hours prior to the technical rehearsal. If you have another format, conversion costs £500 + VAT. Additional fees apply for late delivery or missed technical rehearsals, and laptop presentations can be connected directly to the projector.

Technical rehearsals are offered for one hour between 10:30am-11:30am on weekdays and must be confirmed at least two weeks ahead as they get very booked up. You must bring the laptop being used on event day and ask for Michael when you arrive.

Exclusive bar hire costs £300 + VAT per hour for up to 250 people standing. If you only need an area in the bar for up to 100 people standing, this costs £150 + VAT per hour.

All food and beverage orders must be placed 2 weeks ahead of your event to ensure staffing and stock - orders cannot be guaranteed after this deadline. For drinks, they recommend budgeting £6 per person per drink for house wine, prosecco, beers and soft drinks, with cocktails and premium drinks requiring pre-orders.

Weekend slots are fixed 3-hour blocks, while weekday pricing varies: 4 hours pre-6pm costs £2,400 + VAT, 5 hours pre-6pm costs £3,000 + VAT, and full day 9am-5pm costs £4,800 + VAT. Evening slots (5:30-8:30pm or 8:30-11:30pm) are priced separately.

A branding package is offered alongside all events which includes use of the canopy or readograph, plus a takeover of all quad posters and digital screens throughout the venue. Specific branding costs and requirements should be discussed during booking.

The venue accommodates corporate events, presentations, screenings, and Q&As. Both screens have stage areas suitable for panel discussions and presentations. No green room is available on-site, but VIPs can use an alcove space in the bar area.

If you have specific accessibility requirements, you must communicate these as soon as possible during the booking process to ensure the venue can accommodate them. The venue can provide details on wheelchair accessibility and other accessibility features upon request.
