Frequently asked questions

Screen 1 (249 seats) costs £3,839 + VAT per slot Monday-Sunday. Screen 3 (81 seats) costs £1,249 + VAT per slot Monday-Sunday. Weekend slots are 12-3pm, 3-6pm, 6-9pm, or 8:30-11:30pm, with evening slots being 5:30-8:30pm or 8:30-11:30pm on weekdays.

Content must be delivered in DCP format as standard, required 72 hours prior to the technical rehearsal. If you have another format, conversion costs £500 + VAT. Additional fees apply for late delivery or missed technical rehearsals.

The hire cost includes use of the screen and projector, up to 3 handheld microphones, technical support, and a technical rehearsal of 30 minutes to 1 hour prior to the event day at 10:30am. For laptop presentations, they can connect your laptop directly to the projector.

Technical rehearsals are offered for one hour at 10:30am-11:30am on weekdays and must be confirmed at least two weeks ahead as they get very booked up. You must bring the laptop being used on the event day and ask for Michael when you arrive.

Weekend slots are fixed at 12-3pm, 3-6pm, 6-9pm, or 8:30-11:30pm. Evening slots on weekdays are 5:30-8:30pm or 8:30-11:30pm. If you want multiple slots, the price doubles. Pre-6pm daytime rates differ from evening slot rates.

Yes, the bar costs £300 + VAT per hour for exclusive use for up to 250 people standing. If you only need an area in the bar for up to 100 standing, it costs £150 + VAT per hour.

They work on maximum tab limits with self-service house wine, prosecco, beers and soft drinks at £6 per person per drink. Cocktails, G&Ts and hard seltzers require pre-orders. In-house options include tea/coffee receptions and breakfast items, with external caterers available for other requirements. All orders must be placed 2 weeks ahead.

Laptop presentations should be in 16:9 ratio, full frame to fill the screens properly. Avoid using borders or placing text/images on extreme edges, as presentations will appear exactly as they do on your laptop screen.
