Screen 1 (249 seats) costs £3,839 + VAT per slot Monday-Sunday. Screen 3 (81 seats) costs £1,249 + VAT per slot Monday-Sunday. Weekend slots are defined as 12-3pm, 3-6pm, 6-9pm, or 8:30-11:30pm, with evening slots being 5:30-8:30pm or 8:30-11:30pm on weekdays.

The hire cost includes use of the screen and projector, up to 3 handheld microphones, technical support, and a technical rehearsal of 30 minutes to 1 hour prior to the event day at 10:30am. A mandatory technical rehearsal is required at least two weeks in advance, available weekdays 10:30-11:30am for one hour.

Content must be delivered in DCP format 72 hours prior to the technical rehearsal. If you have another format, conversion costs £500 + VAT. Additional fees apply for late delivery or missed technical rehearsals, though specific amounts aren't specified.

Weekend slots are fixed: 12-3pm, 3-6pm, 6-9pm, or 8:30-11:30pm. Evening weekday slots are 5:30-8:30pm or 8:30-11:30pm. If you need multiple slots, the price doubles - for example, two weekend slots would cost £7,678 + VAT for Screen 1.

Yes, they can connect your laptop to the projector for presentations. They recommend presenting in 16:9 ratio full frame to fill their screens properly, avoiding borders or text/images on extreme edges as it will appear exactly as it does on your laptop screen.

Exclusive bar hire costs £300 + VAT per hour for up to 250 people standing. For smaller groups up to 100 people, a bar area costs £150 + VAT per hour. The venue has both a street level bar and an atmospheric underground bar lounge.

All food and beverage orders must be placed 2 weeks ahead of your event to ensure staffing and stock - orders cannot be guaranteed after this deadline. They offer self-service selections of house wine, prosecco, beers and soft drinks based on £6 per person per drink, with cocktails and premium drinks requiring pre-orders.

Standard equipment includes up to 3 wireless handheld microphones, screen and projector, and technical support. They can provide a lectern and directors chairs/high stools for seated panels. They don't provide lapel or headset microphones - these must be hired externally, which they can arrange.
