Frequently asked questions

Screen 1 (249 seats) costs £3,839 + VAT per slot Monday-Sunday. Screen 3 (81 seats) costs £1,249 + VAT per slot Monday-Sunday. Weekend slots are 12-3pm, 3-6pm, 6-9pm, or 8:30-11:30pm, with evening slots being 5:30-8:30pm or 8:30-11:30pm on weekdays.

The hire cost includes use of the screen and projector, up to 3 handheld microphones, technical support, and a technical rehearsal of 30 minutes to 1 hour prior to the event day at 10:30am. All technical equipment and basic AV support are provided as standard.

Content must be delivered in DCP format 72 hours prior to the technical rehearsal. If you have another format, conversion costs £500 + VAT. Additional fees apply for late delivery or missed technical rehearsals, and laptop presentations can be connected directly to the projector.

Technical rehearsals are mandatory and offered for one hour between 10:30am-11:30am on weekdays. You must bring the laptop being used on event day and confirm the rehearsal at least two weeks ahead as they get very booked up.

Exclusive bar hire costs £300 + VAT per hour for up to 250 people standing. For a smaller area accommodating up to 100 people standing, the cost is £150 + VAT per hour.

Drinks work on a maximum tab limit system with self-service house wine, prosecco, beers and soft drinks at £6 per person per drink. Cocktails, G&Ts and hard seltzer cans require pre-ordering. All drink orders must be placed 2 weeks ahead of the event.

Weekend slots are fixed at 12-3pm, 3-6pm, 6-9pm, or 8:30-11:30pm. Weekday evening slots are 5:30-8:30pm or 8:30-11:30pm. Pre-6pm weekday hire for 5 hours costs £3,000 + VAT for Screen 1. If you need multiple slots, pricing doubles.

In-house options include tea/coffee receptions, breakfast items, pizzas and light bites. External caterers can provide full catering services. All food and drink orders must be confirmed 2 weeks ahead of your event to ensure staffing and stock availability - orders cannot be guaranteed after this deadline.

A branding package is offered alongside all events which includes use of the canopy or readograph, plus takeover of all quad posters and digital screens throughout the venue.

The venue gets very booked up, particularly for technical rehearsals and popular dates. Some time slots may not be available on certain dates (for example, later evening slots may be unavailable due to regular cinema programming). Bookings are currently being taken from July 18th onwards.
