Spacious studio with garden, kitchen, and toilet. Ideal for evening events, studio work, or meetings.

Suitable for evening events, studio work or large meetings. Not being used most weekends and some weekdays. 

The space is gated, with a small garden space outside with some spaces to sit. Please note you can only use our garden bit, not the communal lawn. A spacious studio with tables and chairs or this can be moved to the side.

Small kitchen, with a small two plate cooker, no large oven/microwave. Small fridge available. We have a kettle, some crockery and mugs. Toilet is also situated in the studio. 

Please note there will be added a VAT charge of 20% to your invoice.
