This is a community venue in a lovely, new-build residential area, perfect for all events ranging from birthday parties to market research events to work events and meetings. There is a large hall, a meeting room and an IT suite which are all available to be booked at an hourly rate or contracted for long-term bookings.
Studio Z spans two interlinked spaces. The first is an exposed brick high ceiling 50ft x 25ft space with a capacity for 160 standing guests and 90 seated guests. This space is a popular option for those wishing to host a wide range of corporate and private events from company receptions & conferences, product launches, exhibitions, film screenings, press events and workshops to wedding receptions, private dining, supper clubs and birthdays. The second unit comprises a fully equipped professional kitchen, perfect for catering your next event. This space leads onto a private outdoor terrace.
The Pitch View Room provides an incredibly unique setting for any small to medium sized meeting. With full length panoramic windows providing unbelievable views across the Wembley pitch, guests can also soak up the stadium atmosphere by directly accessing the seats in the bowl - Perfect for tea & coffee breaks. Whether its a small meeting, birthday party, boardroom meeting or an intimate dinner the Pitch View offers a perfect backdrop to inspire every guest. Conferencing suits up to 64 in Cabaret or 120 in Theatre. The Pitch View Room also includes a private reception area and cloakroom.
Designed to accommodate a variety of business functions, including meetings, seminars, training sessions, and workshop. We offer rooms that accommodate around 35 delegates, others that accommodate around 400, so we can supply whatever you need for a stimulating, productive day. Each space has plenty of windows, natural light, and a spectacular view of the stadium. These spaces are perfectly suited to their designated purposes, and can accurately be described as blank canvasses, that can be arranged to suit your business meeting needs.
We’re very excited to announce our new late-night opening on Hoxton Square, the much-awaited Cottons Club. The space features a beautiful bar with neon lighting, Caribbean themed booths and walls, a huge collection of rums and delicious cocktails and a spacious dance floor to party late into the night.
If you are looking for a charming venue for your community, team away event or family gathering our Yurt Cafe with outdoor Precinct is ideal for your private celebration. Uniquely, London's only Yurt Cafe also offers a large outdoor space for your guests to use with outdoor seating and even some wild flowers in the heart of London! Our Chef is happy to work with you to find a range of catering solutions, we have Feasting menus, Canapes and Bowl food options available. We have a sound system in place and this can be used via bluetooth or Aux cable.
The Larches Community Hall is located very close to Edgware tube station and is available for hire for one-off and repeat bookings 7 days a week 6am-2am. It is an excellent space for meetings, functions, conferences, presentations, training, exercise classes and parties. Not suitable for teenage parties.
