Exhibition Area at 41 Portland Place

Weekend events have a minimum spend of £4,000 per day. This applies to all Saturday and Sunday bookings regardless of guest numbers or event type.

The standard Day Delegate Rate is £80 plus VAT per person, or £65 plus VAT per person on Mondays and Fridays, with a minimum of 30 guests. This includes room hire 8am-5pm, arrival tea/coffee with pastries, mid-morning refreshments, deli sandwich lunch with sides, afternoon tea/coffee with fruit, screen and projector, Wi-Fi, flipchart, cloakroom, and directional signage.

The venue can accommodate up to 60 people for seated meals. For standing receptions and networking events, capacity can reach up to 120 guests depending on the room configuration and specific requirements.

If you want dancing with a DJ, you can hire the Wolfson Room and Exhibition Area for an additional £700 plus VAT. DJ services start from £850 plus VAT if booked through the venue, or you can use the Reception Room with background music through the PA system or arrange a silent disco.

Standard access times are typically 8am-5pm for day events or 6pm-11:30pm for evening events. A late license to midnight costs £500 plus VAT for events requiring extended hours beyond the standard finish time.

For workshops and meetings, the Laurie Landeau and Fellows rooms are recommended. For larger events and conferences, the Council Chamber and Reception room combination is suggested, while engagement parties and networking events work well in the Wolfson Conference Suite with Exhibition Area.

Upgrade options include healthy working lunch for £5.50 plus VAT per person, bowl food (5 bowls per person) for £11.50 plus VAT per person, and fork buffet lunch for £15.00 plus VAT per person. All upgrades have minimum number requirements that apply.

After initial enquiry, the venue provides a venue brochure, sample event menu, and bespoke proposal. Clients can request a provision hold on their preferred date and book site visits to view the spaces before confirming their booking.

Standard AV equipment includes screen and projector, Wi-Fi, flipchart, PA system, handheld microphones, and iPad with Spotify. The venue can accommodate presentations and has facilities for interactive events with product demonstration stations.

December dates are available on a first-come, first-served basis due to high demand. The venue offers Christmas celebration packages and has specific Christmas brochures available, but early booking is essential for festive season events.
