The venue can accommodate up to 60 people for seated meals. For standing receptions and networking events, capacity can reach up to 120 guests depending on the room configuration and specific requirements.
What are the additional costs for DJ services and dancing facilities?
If you want dancing with a DJ, you can hire the Wolfson Room and Exhibition Area for an additional £700 plus VAT. DJ services start from £850 plus VAT if booked through the venue, or you can use the Reception Room with background music through the PA system or arrange a silent disco.
What are the standard access times and late license fees?
Standard access times are typically 8am-5pm for day events or 6pm-11:30pm for evening events. A late license to midnight costs £500 plus VAT for events requiring extended hours beyond the standard finish time.
