This bright, modern, blank canvas space is perfectly suited for exhibiting art works; including paintings, textiles, photography & sculpture, pottery. The bright, airy space benefits from great lighting which will showcase artwork to its greatest advantage, attracting attention and emphasizing the artist's talent. With room for 50 guests and catering capability, it works as not only a gallery, but also as a reception space where drinks and canapes can be served for guests to enjoy as they admire the works of art.

Frequently asked questions

Weekend bookings require a minimum spend of £4,000 per day. This applies to all Saturday and Sunday events regardless of guest numbers or duration.

The Arts space can accommodate up to 50 guests for exhibitions and drinks receptions. This capacity allows for comfortable viewing of artwork while providing space for catering and guest circulation.

Weekday delegate packages are £80 plus VAT per person (minimum 30 guests), or £65 plus VAT per person on Mondays and Fridays (minimum 30 guests). These packages include room hire, refreshments, and basic AV equipment.

Standard access times are 8:00am to 5:00pm for most events. Extended hours until midnight are available with a late license fee of £500 plus VAT.

The venue offers arrival drinks, canapés, bowl food service, and various refreshment packages through their catering partner Searcys. Reception packages start from £171 including VAT per person and include prosecco, canapés, and unlimited drinks for two hours.

Standard packages include screen and projector, Wi-Fi, PA system, handheld microphones, and iPad with Spotify. Uplighters are also available for reception events to enhance the exhibition lighting.

The venue offers provision holds on preferred dates while clients review proposals. Site visits can be arranged to view the space, and bespoke proposals are created for each event based on specific requirements.

The venue works with approved suppliers and can accommodate external caterers and décor companies, though this requires prior approval. DJ services start from £850 plus VAT if required for reception events.

Additional spaces like the Wolfson Room and Exhibition Area can be hired for £700 plus VAT extra, providing more room for dancing or extended exhibition space. The rooftop terrace is also available for summer events.

December dates are available on a first-come, first-served basis due to high demand. The venue requires confirmation of guest numbers and specific requirements before finalizing proposals, with bespoke pricing available for unique events.
