Frequently asked questions

Weekend events have a minimum spend of £4,000 per day. This applies to all Saturday and Sunday bookings regardless of the space or event type. Weekday events may have lower minimum requirements depending on the specific package chosen.

The Classic Full Day Delegate Package costs £80 plus VAT per person (or £65 plus VAT on Mondays and Fridays) with a minimum of 30 guests. It includes room hire 8am-5pm, arrival tea/coffee with mini pastries, mid-morning tea/coffee with biscuits, deli sandwich lunch with fruit/salad and crisps, afternoon tea/coffee with fruit skewers, screen and projector, Wi-Fi, flipchart, cloakroom, and directional signage.

The venue can accommodate up to 60 people for seated meals. For standing receptions and events, capacity can reach up to 120 guests depending on the space configuration and event format.

For dancing options, you can have background music through the PA system or a silent disco in the Reception Room. If you want a DJ and proper dancefloor, you must hire the Wolfson Room and Exhibition Area for an additional £700 plus VAT, with DJ services starting from £850 plus VAT.

Standard access times are typically 8am-5pm for day events. Evening events can run until 11pm, with late licenses available until midnight for an additional £500 plus VAT. Setup times may be available earlier by arrangement.

Catering upgrades include: healthy working lunch (option 2) for £5.50 plus VAT per person, bowl food (5 bowls per person) for £11.50 plus VAT per person, and fork buffet lunch for £15.00 plus VAT per person. All upgrades have minimum number requirements.

After initial enquiry, the venue provides a venue brochure, sample event menu, and bespoke proposal. Clients can request a provision hold on their preferred date and book site visits to view the spaces. The venue offers virtual tours online and encourages in-person viewings to discuss events in detail.

Standard AV includes screen and projector, Wi-Fi, flipchart, PA system, handheld microphones, and iPad with Spotify. Room dimensions are available upon request as they are not included in standard brochures. The venue can accommodate specific AV setups for product demonstrations and interactive events.

December dates are available on a first-come, first-served basis due to high demand. The venue specifically notes that Christmas events require early booking and may have different pricing structures compared to standard corporate events.
