Rooms 3&4 (combined) on the 4th floor cost £1,960 ex VAT for an 8am-4pm hire. Individual meeting rooms have different pricing structures, and all prices exclude VAT which is charged at 20%.

Rooms 3&4 combined accommodate up to 62 people in theatre style, while individual meeting rooms like Room 6 are suitable for smaller groups. All rooms feature contemporary styling with natural daylight and can be configured for various meeting formats including boardroom and presentation setups.

The Business space includes built-in AV equipment with 65" LED screens, webcams for video conferencing, integrated audio systems, ceiling microphones, and hearing loops. Screen and video conferencing facilities are included in the room hire at no additional cost.

Catering is served in the shared breakout space on the same floor. Options include arrival tea, coffee and pastries from £8.50 ex VAT per person, classic sandwich lunch from £19.30 ex VAT per person, wine from £5 ex VAT per person, and afternoon refreshments from £7.15 ex VAT per person.

The venue operates standard business hours with events typically running 8am-4pm for day meetings. Bookings require advance notice, and the venue does not provisionally hold dates without confirmation from clients.

The 4th floor features a shared breakout space for catering and networking, access to a viewing balcony with views over the estate and River Thames, cloakroom facilities, and in-room Nespresso machines. The space is fully accessible with temperature control.

Filming is available but typically restricted to weekends only, with exceptions possible depending on requirements. A separate filming request form must be completed, and specific rates apply for filming activities beyond standard meeting room hire.

Initial enquiries require details including start/end times, event type, seating style, catering requirements, AV needs, and budget. The venue does not automatically hold dates and requires confirmation to secure bookings, with site visits available for prospective clients.
