Located on the 4th Floor, the multifunctional meeting rooms at The Inner Temple are designed to elevate business events. Rooms 3&4 (combined) cost £1,960 ex VAT for an 8-hour hire (8am-4pm). Individual meeting rooms have different pricing structures, and all prices exclude VAT which is charged at 20%.

Rooms 3&4 combined accommodate up to 62 people in theatre style and up to 35 for meetings with catering in the breakout space. Individual meeting rooms have varying capacities, with Room 8 specifically designed for smaller groups.

All meeting rooms include built-in AV with 65" LED screens, integrated audio systems, and video conferencing facilities. Room 8 features ceiling microphones, webcam for recordings, and specialized video conferencing equipment at no additional charge.

Catering is served in the shared breakout space and includes arrival tea/coffee/pastries from £8.50 ex VAT per person, classic sandwich lunch from £19.30 ex VAT per person, wine from £5 ex VAT per person, and afternoon refreshments from £7.15 ex VAT per person.

The venue operates during standard business hours with events typically running 8am-4pm or 8am-5pm. The venue closes during August summer holidays and specific dates may have limited availability due to existing bookings.

The venue operates a first and second option system where dates are not automatically held. You must specifically request a provisional hold, and if someone else has first option, you'll be placed on second option until the first client responds.

All meeting rooms are fully accessible and include hearing loop systems for inclusive discussions. The 4th floor location provides lift access, and the spaces are designed to accommodate various accessibility needs.

The 4th floor meeting rooms feature a shared breakout area with viewing balcony offering Thames and City views, in-room Nespresso machines, natural daylight, temperature control, and contemporary styling mixed with historic Inn elements.
