Site visits are only available in the morning between 9:30am and 11:30am, and the venue cannot show rooms after midday. You'll need to schedule your visit within this specific time window to view the event spaces.

The venue typically holds bookings for 2-3 weeks maximum before requiring confirmation. Some holds are released after just one week, and you may receive 24-hour deadlines to confirm or lose your provisional booking.

The venue will handover to your coordinator only when the contracted amount is fully paid. For events close to the date, you may need signed contracts and payment within days of booking (e.g., payment required by the 28th for a June 10th event).

Tea and coffee options range from £3.50 +VAT per person for basic service up to £14.00 +VAT for unlimited service. Enhanced options include tea/coffee with biscuits at £5.50 +VAT, with cake at £7.50 +VAT, or with pastries at £8.00 +VAT per person.

The Corinthian Roof Terrace has a minimum requirement of 100 guests. This space is not available for smaller events and bookings below this threshold will not be accepted.

Events cannot be held in regular event spaces during cricket fixtures like T20 matches. During match days, you must book hospitality packages instead, which start at £149 per person +VAT and include food, drinks, and match tickets.

The venue partners with specific suppliers for extras: team building through emma@gotoevents.co.uk, gin masterclasses via laura@aokevents.com, and cricket experiences through Azeem at info@ballsportz.co.uk. You'll need to contact these suppliers directly for pricing and availability.

Basic rooms include built-in screens, projectors, and PA systems with 2 handheld microphones. Enhanced AV packages are available through in-house supplier Encore Global, with conference packages starting at £3,495 +VAT for spaces like the Ashes Suite.

Day Delegate Rates range from £73-£97.20 +VAT per person depending on the package. They typically include room hire from 7am-5pm, arrival breakfast, mid-morning biscuits, hot finger food lunch, afternoon cake, all-day refreshments, basic AV equipment, flipcharts, and complimentary organiser parking (subject to availability).

You can bring your own DJ, but they must perform inside the room rather than on outdoor terraces. The venue has a built-in PA system available for DJ use, eliminating the need for external sound equipment.
