The venue typically holds spaces for 2-3 weeks maximum before requiring confirmation or releasing the hold. Some holds are placed with specific deadlines, such as 24-hour deadlines for final confirmation. After the hold period expires, you'll need to request a new hold if the space is still available.
When do I need to pay and what triggers handover to my event coordinator?
The venue requires the contracted amount to be paid before they will handover to your event coordinator. For events requiring quick turnaround, signed contracts and payment may be needed within 2-4 weeks of the event date to secure the booking.
Can I bring external suppliers for catering, AV, or entertainment?
The venue works with external suppliers for specialized services. For team building, contact emma@gotoevents.co.uk. For gin masterclasses, contact laura@aokevents.com.
