The Ruby private room (up to 65 guests) requires minimum spends ranging from £2,310 to £5,200 including VAT, depending on date and time. Evening bookings typically cost more than daytime events. All minimum spends are plus 12.5% service charge on top.

The Ruby private room accommodates up to 65 guests standing or 45 seated theatre-style. The restaurant area seats up to 75 guests, while the Rose private room holds up to 50 guests. For larger groups, interconnected spaces can accommodate up to 140-150 guests standing.

Mini golf takes approximately 30 minutes per team of up to 6 guests, with teams teeing off a few minutes apart. For 30 guests, expect 45 minutes total; for 65 guests, allow 1 hour; for 120+ guests, plan for 2+ hours as multiple courses run simultaneously.

A 25% deposit of the minimum spend is required to secure most bookings, with the balance due at least 30 days before the event date. Some bookings within 30 days require full non-refundable prepayment due to the venue's 30-day cancellation policy.

The Ruby room includes a large plasma screen, microphone, and private bar. Clients must bring their own HDMI cable to connect devices to the screen. The restaurant area offers a big screen with projector as an alternative setup option.

The venue closes at 22:00 on Sundays and does not host DJs on Sundays. Saturday bookings may have higher minimum spends and DJs typically start earlier than 21:30. The kitchen opens at 12:00, so food packages are only available from noon onwards.

You must book one of their group packages (served buffet-style with drinks in ice buckets) to help reach the minimum spend. If the package value is lower than the minimum spend, the remaining balance must be used as a bar tab for additional food or drinks on the day.

Drinks pre-orders and dietary requirements are due at least 14-30 days before the event date. The venue operates on a live booking system where availability can change. They have a 30-day cancellation policy, with some bookings requiring full non-refundable prepayment within this window.

The venue requires you to use their Christmas packages for seasonal events and their group packages for catering. External food is not mentioned as permitted. The venue can provide complimentary cloakroom service and allows you to play your own music in private rooms.

Add 12.5% optional service charge to all bills. Mini golf costs £14 per person if not included in packages, or £10 per person as an add-on to meeting packages. Morning refreshments cost £4 per person for unlimited tea/coffee, plus £2 extra for cookies.
