The Ruby private room accommodates up to 65 guests and includes a large plasma screen, microphone, and private bar. For larger groups, the restaurant area accommodates up to 75 seated guests, and you can combine spaces like the restaurant area with the Rose private room for up to 140-150 standing guests.

What are the booking requirements and payment terms?

A 25% deposit of your minimum spend is required to secure the booking, along with a signed event contract. The remaining balance, drinks pre-orders, and dietary requirements must be submitted at least 30 days prior to your event date. Some bookings require full non-refundable prepayment due to the 30-day cancellation policy.

How does the mini golf work for group events?

Groups are split into teams of up to 6 guests, with each team teeing off a few minutes apart. It takes around 30 minutes per team to complete the 9 holes, so a group of 65 people would take approximately 1.5-2 hours total to complete the game.

What are the operating hours and day-of-week restrictions?

The venue closes at 22:00 on Sundays and DJs are not permitted on Sundays. Saturday events may have different pricing and DJ start times are typically earlier than 21:30. Evening events generally run until 23:00 or midnight depending on the day.

For Christmas events, you are required to book one of their Christmas packages, which include globally inspired food served buffet-style in platters, a selection of drinks, and a game of mini golf. Any remaining balance from your minimum spend can be used towards a bar tab on the day.

What AV equipment is included and what do I need to bring?

The Ruby private room includes a large plasma screen and microphone. The restaurant area has a big screen and projector. You need to bring your own HDMI cable to connect to the screens. The venue can accommodate background music and you can play your own music in private rooms.

What is the service charge policy?
