Comprising of both of our interconnecting private rooms and our restaurant area, this space is great for office parties, corporate events, team building activities, networking events and birthday parties. This versatile space has a capacity of up to 220 guests, so it is the perfect base to experience our tasty food and drinks packages in style, before hitting one (or two!) of our tech-infused golf courses. The Ruby private room accommodates up to 65 guests standing or 45 seated theatre-style. The restaurant area seats up to 75 guests, while the Rose private room holds up to 50 guests. For larger groups, the restaurant area plus interconnecting Rose room can accommodate up to 140-150 guests standing.

A 25% deposit of the minimum spend is required to secure your booking, along with a signed event contract. The remaining balance, drinks pre-orders, and dietary requirements must be submitted at least 30 days prior to your event date. Some bookings require full non-refundable prepayment due to the 30-day cancellation policy.

Mini golf takes approximately 30 minutes per team of up to 6 guests, with teams teeing off a few minutes apart on the 9-hole course. For a group of 65 guests, expect the entire golf activity to take around 45-60 minutes total, while larger groups of 120+ may need 2+ hours to complete.

Typical event slots run 17:00-23:00 for evening events or 12:00-16:00 for daytime events. The venue closes at 22:00 on Sundays and 23:00-00:00 on other days. DJs are not permitted on Sundays, and Saturday bookings may require budget flexibility due to higher demand.

For Christmas events, you are required to book one of their Christmas packages, which include globally inspired food served buffet-style in platters, a selection of drinks, and a game of mini golf. Any remaining balance from your minimum spend can be used as a bar tab on the day.

The Ruby room includes a large plasma screen and microphone, while the Rose room has a small TV. The restaurant area offers a big screen and projector setup. HDMI cables must be brought to the venue. Theatre-style seating can accommodate up to 45 people in Ruby room or 60 in the restaurant area.

The venue operates on a live booking system where availability can change. DJs are not hosted on Sundays, and the venue has specific policies around external entertainment. Food and drinks must be selected from their packages or bar menu - external catering is not mentioned as an option.
