Room hire varies significantly by space and dates. Main Hall ranges from £1,000-£4,500 + VAT with minimum catering spends of £1,800-£2,000 + VAT. Day Delegate Rates range from £50-£89 + VAT per person including arrival refreshments, breaks, lunch, and AV equipment. Individual items include: sandwich lunch £20 + VAT, tea/coffee £4.85-£6.10 + VAT per serving, canapés £22-£62.50 + VAT per person (4-10 pieces), bowl food £29-£51 + VAT per person, and drinks receptions £20-£28 + VAT per person per hour.

Standard AV includes 85" LCD monitors, 2x repeater screens, lectern with microphone, Mini PC, Wi-Fi, and basic AV support. Main Hall includes PA system, 2x LCD projectors, multiple microphones (lectern, roving, lapel, tabletop), infra-red hearing system, and dedicated AV technician. All rooms feature natural daylight and contemporary AV setups.

Multi-day bookings that block large rooms require minimum daily catering spends. For example, Room 204&205 requires £1,000 + VAT minimum daily catering spend when booked for multiple consecutive days. This is in addition to the standard room hire charges.
