Room 102 (located on the first floor) or Room 202 (identical room but located on second floor) can either be used individually as a small meeting space, breakout room or can be opened up in conjunction with 103 (or 203), to create a larger breakout space and meeting room.

On its own, this room is ideal for smaller, intimate meetings and can also work great as a green room or organiser office space.

A 100% prepayment deposit is required based on your contracted minimum, which must be paid by card. For some bookings, a 10% advance payment is required initially. Any additions after the initial contract will be invoiced separately or added to the final bill if close to the event date.

Events running past 19:00 require mandatory security at £25 per hour (ex VAT) with a minimum 4-hour shift. Weekend events incur an additional £500 (ex VAT) staff fee. Evening staffing is charged at £25 per hour (ex VAT) for events extending beyond standard hours.

DDR packages range from £50-£89 per person (ex VAT) depending on room and day. They typically include room hire, arrival tea/coffee with pastries, mid-morning break, sandwich lunch, afternoon refreshments, filtered water, lectern, microphone, AV equipment, and Wi-Fi. Monday and Friday promotions offer reduced DDR rates with minimum delegate requirements (50-60 people).

Yes, the Business space rooms feature soundproofed glass walls, making them ideal for confidential corporate meetings and professional development workshops. The frosted glass walls also provide privacy while maintaining the contemporary feel of the space.
