Combined rooms 204&205 (100 people theatre) cost £850 + VAT with £1,500 + VAT minimum catering spend.

Room capacities vary by layout: Room 201 holds 72 people cabaret style, Room 204 seats 20 boardroom style, combined rooms 204&205 accommodate 100 theatre style, Room 101 fits 100 theatre or 72 cabaret, Room 105 holds 50 cabaret, and the Main Hall seats 280 theatre or 200 cabaret style. Most rooms include standard AV equipment and can be configured for different seating arrangements.

Day Delegate Rates (DDR) range from £50-£89 + VAT per person including room hire, multiple tea/coffee breaks, and lunch. Standalone catering includes: Deli sandwich lunch £20 + VAT per person, tea/coffee £4.85-£6.10 + VAT per serving, canapés £22-£62.50 + VAT per person (4-10 pieces), and bowl food £29-£51 + VAT per person (4-6 items). Filtered water costs £1.85 + VAT per serving.

A 10% advance payment is required for bookings, which must be made by card payment. For smaller events, 100% prepayment is required based on contracted minimums. Any additions after the initial contract are invoiced separately or added to the final bill if close to the event date.

Security is mandatory for any events running past 19:00, charged at £25 + VAT per hour per guard with a minimum 4-hour shift. For typical group sizes, one security guard is required, making the minimum security cost £100 + VAT for evening events.

Standard AV includes 85" LCD monitors, 2x repeater screens, lectern with microphone, Mini PC for presentations, and Wi-Fi. Larger spaces include PA systems, LCD projectors, multiple microphone types (lectern, roving, lapel, tabletop), and infra-red hearing systems. AV technician support is included with most packages.

Weekend events incur an additional £500 + VAT staff fee. Evening staffing costs £25 + VAT per hour. Some rooms have minimum delegate requirements (e.g., Room 201 requires minimum 50 delegates, DDR packages often require 60-100 minimum attendees depending on the space).

Standard daytime events typically run 8:00am-5:00pm or 9:00am-5:00pm. Evening hire is available from 18:00 with access from that time. Room setup is completed prior to event start time, and spaces can be accessed earlier if no conflicting bookings exist, though this may change closer to the event date.

One-hour drinks reception with house wine, beer, and soft drinks costs £20-£28 + VAT per person (£28 includes Prosecco). Cashless or account bars are available with £750 + VAT minimum spend - if not reached, the remainder is added to your bill. Three-hour drinks packages cost £55 + VAT per person.

Rooms can be combined for larger capacity - rooms 204&205 combine to seat 100 theatre style for £850 + VAT with £1,500 + VAT minimum catering spend. However, booking combined rooms for extended periods may require higher minimum daily catering spends (up to £1,000 + VAT per day) due to blocking larger spaces.
