The Main Hall includes enhanced equipment: PA system, 2x LCD projectors, 2x screens, multiple microphones (lectern, roving, lapel, tabletop), and infra-red hearing system. An AV technician is provided for larger events and Main Hall bookings.

Evening events running past 19:00 require mandatory security at £25 per hour with a 4-hour minimum shift. Weekend events incur an additional £500 staff fee. Evening hire typically starts from 18:00, and there may be additional staffing charges of £25 per hour for evening events.

DDR packages typically run 8:00am-5:00pm or 9:00am-5:00pm. Evening hire starts from 18:00 and can run until 20:00-21:00. Room access is provided from the start time, and setup is completed prior to your event start. Some rooms may have earlier access available if no daytime bookings exist, but this must be confirmed.

Most room hires include complementary catering spaces: Room 201 includes 2nd floor catering space, Room 101 includes 1st floor catering space, and Main Hall includes the 3rd floor foyer area and atrium access for registration. Combined rooms like 204&205 include shared catering areas. These additional spaces are ideal for breaks, networking, and exhibition stands.

Drinks packages include house wine, beer, and non-alcoholic options for £20-£28 per person per hour. Prosecco upgrades available for additional £3 per person. Cashless or account bars can be arranged with a minimum spend of £750 - if this minimum isn't reached, the remainder is added to your bill. Drinks receptions are typically limited to specific timing allocations.

Multi-day bookings that block larger rooms require minimum daily catering spends of £1,000 per day in addition to room hire. For example, combined Room 204&205 for a week-long booking would need this daily minimum. This pricing structure reflects the opportunity cost of holding premium spaces for extended periods.
