Room 104 (or Room 204, identical room located on a different floor) is the perfect space for hosting small meetings and is also suitable as a break out space for larger conferences or green room.

The room can be opened up in conjunction with Room 105 to create a larger meeting space which can further accommodate 110 people in theatre style.

Room hire varies significantly by space and dates. Room 204 (20 people boardroom) costs £350 ex VAT (reduced from £700 rack rate), while Room 204&205 combined costs £850 ex VAT (reduced from £1100 rack rate) for up to 100 people theatre style. Main Hall pricing ranges from £1000-£4500 ex VAT depending on the event. Most spaces have minimum catering spends: £1500 ex VAT for Room 204&205, £2000 ex VAT for Main Hall events, and £1000 ex VAT daily minimum for multi-day bookings in larger rooms.

Room 201 holds up to 72 people cabaret style or 100 people theatre style with a 50-person minimum for DDR packages. Room 204&205 combined accommodates 100 people theatre style. Room 204 alone seats 20 people boardroom style. The Main Hall can hold 200 people cabaret style or 280-300 people theatre style. Room 101 accommodates 100 people theatre style or 72 people cabaret style.

DDR packages range from £50-£89 ex VAT per person depending on the room and day. They typically include room hire, arrival tea/coffee with pastries, mid-morning break, sandwich lunch or hot fork buffet, afternoon refreshments, filtered water, lectern, microphones, 85" LCD monitor with repeater screens, mini PC, Wi-Fi, and AV support. Main Hall DDR at £89 includes hot fork buffet lunch, while smaller rooms at £50-£77 may include sandwich lunch with upgrade options available.

The venue requires 10% payment in advance, which must be made by card payment at the booking stage. For smaller events, 100% prepayment is required based on contracted minimums. Any additions after the initial contract are invoiced separately or added to the final bill if close to the event date.

Security is mandatory for events running past 19:00, charged at £25 per hour ex VAT with a minimum 4-hour shift. For the numbers typically handled, this requires one security guard. Evening events from 18:00 onwards are accommodated, but this security fee is non-negotiable for any event extending beyond 19:00.

Drinks receptions cost £20-£28 ex VAT per person per hour (£25 for house wine/beer, £28 with Prosecco). Canapés range from £22-£62.50 ex VAT per person for 4-10 pieces. Bowl food costs £29-£51 ex VAT per person for 4-6 options. Individual tea/coffee servings are £4.85 ex VAT (£6.10 with biscuits). Account bars have £750 minimum spend - if not reached, the remainder is added to your bill.

Weekend events incur an additional £500 ex VAT staff fee. The venue offers special DDR promotions on Mondays and Fridays. Some rooms have minimum delegate requirements that vary by day - for example, Room 201 DDR requires minimum 50-60 delegates depending on the specific package offered.

Standard AV includes 85" LCD monitors with 2x repeater screens, lectern with microphone, mini PC for presentations, and Wi-Fi. Main Hall events include PA system, 2x LCD projectors, multiple microphone types (lectern, roving, lapel, tabletop), and infra-red hearing system. An AV technician is included for larger events and Main Hall bookings to provide technical support throughout the event.

Room 204&205 can be combined to accommodate up to 100 people theatre style for £850 ex VAT. The Main Hall includes exclusive use of the 3rd floor foyer area for catering and exhibitions. Room setup is completed prior to event start time in your requested seating style, and AV team members are available to assist with any additional requirements.

Evening hire typically runs from 18:00 with access from that time. DDR packages generally cover 8am-5pm or 9am-5pm depending on the package. Multi-day bookings requiring exclusive use of larger rooms incur daily minimum catering spends of £1000 ex VAT. The venue can accommodate events outside standard hours but security fees apply for events past 19:00.
