The Main Hall, located on the third floor of a historic hop warehouse, offers high ceilings, large windows and skylights that bring in plenty of natural light. With view of the Shard, this versatile space can accommodate up to 300 guests for conferences, meetings, workshops, and exhibitions. Room hire varies significantly by space and capacity: Room 201 (72 people cabaret) costs £1,800+VAT with £2,700+VAT minimum F&B spend, Room 204&205 (100 people theatre) costs £850+VAT with £1,500+VAT minimum catering spend, and the Main Hall (280 people theatre) costs £1,500+VAT with £1,800+VAT minimum F&B spend. DDR packages range from £50-£89+VAT per person depending on the room and package inclusions.

Room capacities vary by layout: Room 201 holds 72 people cabaret or 100 theatre style, Room 204&205 accommodates 100 people theatre style, Room 204 alone seats 20 boardroom style, Room 101 fits 100 theatre or 72 cabaret, and the Main Hall can accommodate 200 cabaret, 280 theatre, or 300 people maximum. Room 105 holds 50 people cabaret style.

Security is mandatory for any events running past 19:00, charged at £25+VAT per hour per guard with a minimum 4-hour shift. For smaller groups, one security guard is typically required, making the minimum security cost £100+VAT for evening events extending beyond 7pm.

A 10% advance payment is required for bookings, which must be made by card payment. For some bookings, 100% prepayment is required based on contracted minimums, with any additions after this point invoiced separately or added to the final bill if close to the event date.

Catering includes: Deli sandwich lunch £20+VAT per person, tea/coffee servings £4.85+VAT per person (£6.10 with biscuits), canapés from £22-£62.50+VAT per person (4-10 pieces), bowl food £29-£42+VAT per person (4-6 items), and drinks receptions £20-£28+VAT per person per hour. Hot fork buffet upgrades cost an additional £8-£10+VAT per person.

Standard AV includes: 85" LCD monitor, 2x 85" LCD repeater monitors, lectern with microphone, mini PC for presentations, Wi-Fi, and AV support. The Main Hall includes enhanced equipment: PA system, 2x LCD projectors, 2x screens, multiple microphones (lectern, roving, lapel, tabletop), infra-red hearing system, and dedicated AV technician.

Weekend events incur an additional £500+VAT staff fee on Saturdays. Evening staffing costs £25+VAT per hour, and multi-day bookings that block large rooms require minimum daily catering spends of £1,000+VAT in addition to room hire charges.

Standard daytime events typically run 8am-5pm or 9am-6pm. Evening hire starts from 18:00 with access from that time, though earlier access may be available if no daytime booking exists. Events extending past 19:00 require mandatory security, and the venue can accommodate events until late evening with proper arrangements.

Bar options include: one-hour drinks reception £20-£28+VAT per person (house wine, beer, soft drinks, with Prosecco upgrade available), cashless or account bars with £750+VAT minimum spend (shortfall added to bill if not reached), and evening drinks packages at £55+VAT per person for 3 hours or £25+VAT for 1 hour.

Minimum delegate requirements vary by room and package: Room 201 requires minimum 50-60 delegates for DDR packages, Room 101 requires minimum 50-80 delegates, the Main Hall requires minimum 100 delegates, and smaller rooms like Room 204 have no stated minimums but DDR packages typically require 50+ people.
