Large scale events such as fashion shows and car launches are just a small selection of the impressive events held here.

The ME Room can accommodate up to 150 guests for a standing reception or 80 for dinner, or with the inter-connecting walls removed between the 6 adjoining studios, the total capacity can be increased to 300pax for a reception or 250pax for a seated lunch or dinner.

The venue comes complete with all furniture and linen, as well as table centrepieces and elegant uplighting.




Frequently asked questions

The venue requires a minimum budget of £10,000 for events. Room hire alone starts at around £10,000, with additional costs for catering and other services on top of this base price.

The ME Room alone accommodates up to 150 guests for standing receptions or 80 for seated dinners. With all interconnecting studios opened, total capacity increases to 300 guests for receptions or 250 for seated events. The combined space covers 444.56 square meters when all areas are used together.

The DDR costs £110-£132 per person (minimum 90-140 guests depending on space). It includes main room hire, screen/projector, flipchart, stationery, arrival/mid-morning/afternoon tea and coffee breaks with snacks, corporate lunch, still and sparkling water, and a dedicated event planner.

The venue can hold space for one week without confirmation. For events within one month of the date, confirmation is required within 24 hours. Proposals must be responded to by specific deadlines (typically Thursday at 09:00) or the space will be released.

The venue offers comprehensive AV packages including microphones, screens/projectors, basic staging (3mx2m or 6x2m), background music, uplighters, beam lights, speakers, and on-site technicians. The Always ME AV package costs around £1,139-£1,801 and includes staging and technical support.

The venue has minimum F&B spend requirements starting from £2,000 for certain areas like STK. House drinks packages cost £42 per person for 1 hour, £63 for 2 hours, or £90 for 3 hours. Tea and coffee service costs £11.50 per person.

Yes, the venue regularly hosts large-scale events including fashion shows and car launches. The space can be hired as a dry hire for filming productions, with flexible 3-day hire options available for setup, event day, and breakdown.

Individual studios accommodate 12-20 guests each in boardroom setup. Studio 4 (32.34 sqm), Studio 5 (31.68 sqm), and Studio 6 (34.98 sqm) can each host up to 20 guests. Breakout studio hire costs around £1,500 per day for multiple rooms.

The venue allows external AV suppliers but specific buyout fees may apply. The venue has 150 chairs available on-site, with additional seating requiring external suppliers. Ice cream trucks and outdoor access can be accommodated with prior arrangement.

The hotel features STK Steakhouse (minimum spend £2,000 for 19:00-21:00) and Radio Rooftop Bar. Radio offers Mediterranean cuisine and can provide canape/bowl food lunch supplements at £19 per person, perfect for networking receptions with city views.
