Situated on the ground floor, this bright and airy meeting space holds up to 18 delegates in a boardroom layout. The room is perfect for intimate meetings and has an abundance of natural light streaming through the large window. Fully fitted with AV facilities this space is perfect for board meetings, workshops and brainstorming sessions.




Frequently asked questions

Room hire rates vary significantly based on dates and negotiations, ranging from £350-£1,800 + VAT for different rooms. Most bookings include minimum catering spends ranging from £1,500-£2,700 + VAT depending on the room and event size. DDR packages are available from £50-£89 + VAT per person with minimum delegate requirements typically between 50-100 people.

Room capacities vary by specific room: Room 201 holds up to 72 people cabaret style or 100 theatre style, Room 204 seats 20 boardroom style, combined Room 204&205 accommodates 100 theatre style, and Room 101 fits 100 theatre or 72 cabaret. The Main Hall can accommodate 200 cabaret or 280-300 theatre style with natural daylight.

Standard AV includes 85" LCD monitor, 2x 85" LCD repeater monitors, lectern with microphone, Mini PC for presentations, Wi-Fi, and AV support. Larger spaces include PA systems, LCD projectors, screens, multiple microphones (lectern, roving, lapel, tabletop), and infra-red hearing systems. An AV technician is provided for larger events.

A 10% advance payment is required for bookings, which must be made by card payment. For smaller events, 100% prepayment is required based on contracted minimums. Any additions after the initial contract are invoiced separately or added to the final bill if close to the event date.

DDR packages include arrival refreshments, mid-morning and afternoon breaks, and lunch from £50-£89 + VAT per person. Individual items: tea/coffee servings £4.85-£6.10 + VAT per person, deli sandwich lunch £20 + VAT per person, filtered water £1.50-£1.85 + VAT per serving. Hot fork buffet upgrades available for additional £8-£10 + VAT per person.

Security is mandatory for events running past 19:00 at £25 per hour + VAT with a minimum 4-hour shift. Weekend events incur an additional £500 + VAT staff fee. Evening hire typically starts from 18:00, and there may be additional evening staffing charges of £25 + VAT per hour.

Standard daytime hire runs 8:00am-5:00pm or 9:00am-5:00pm. Evening events can run from 18:00 with access from that time. DDR packages typically cover 8-hour periods. Earlier access may be available depending on other bookings, but this needs to be confirmed when booking.

Multi-day bookings that block larger rooms require minimum daily catering spends of £1,000 + VAT in addition to room hire. For week-long bookings of premium spaces like Room 204&205, this minimum spend applies each day due to the revenue impact of blocking major event spaces.

Available layouts include theatre, cabaret, boardroom, classroom, and herringbone seating. The venue sets up rooms in the requested style prior to events. Flipcharts are available for £25 + VAT for 4 units. Rooms feature contemporary furnishing with natural daylight, air-conditioning, and soundproofed glass walls.

The venue requires client profiles with phone numbers and postal addresses for bookings. Some rooms have minimum delegate requirements (typically 50-100 people for DDR packages). The venue can accommodate exhibition stands in foyer areas, with the Main Hall foyer accommodating up to 15 stands maximum.
