Room 105 (or 205, identical room located on a different floor) is the perfect space to hold board meeting, medium size conferences or team building activities. The room includes all standard audio-visual provisions, lectern microphones and hybrid capabilities for live streaming events and conferences.

In adjacent is Room 104, which can be opened up to create a large space.

Security is mandatory for any events running past 19:00, charged at £25 per hour (excluding VAT) with a minimum 4-hour shift. For smaller groups, one guard is required, but larger events may need additional security personnel.

A 10% advance payment is required for bookings, which must be made by card payment. For some events, 100% prepayment is required based on contracted minimums, with any additions invoiced separately or post-event if close to the event date.

DDR packages range from £50-£89 per person including arrival refreshments, breaks, and lunch. Individual catering includes: sandwich lunch £20 per person, tea/coffee £4.85-£6.10 per serving, canapés £22-£62.50 per person (4-10 pieces), and bowl food £29-£51 per person. Drinks receptions cost £20-£28 per person per hour.

Weekend events incur an additional £500 staff fee (excluding VAT). Evening events require additional staffing at £25 per hour (excluding VAT), and security is mandatory for events running past 19:00 at the same hourly rate with a 4-hour minimum.

Standard AV includes 85" LCD monitors, repeater monitors, lectern with microphone, Mini PC for presentations, Wi-Fi, and AV support. The Main Hall includes PA system, 2x LCD projectors, multiple microphones (lectern, roving, lapel, tabletop), and infra-red hearing system with dedicated AV technician.

Evening hire typically runs from 18:00 with room access from that time. DDR packages generally cover 8am-5pm or 9am-5pm depending on the package. Setup is completed by venue staff prior to event start time in the requested seating style.
